Positive effects on eyes bones and teeth. Reduced risk of tumors.
Description of Savoy Cabbage.
Savoy cabbage (Brassica oleracea var. sabauda) belongs to the Brassicaceae family. It is an annual leafy vegetable with fleshy, wrinkled leaves, characterized by numerous veins. The outer leaves open around the head, and their color is dark green on the outside and lighter, tending toward yellow, on the inside.
With a versatile and flavorful taste, Savoy cabbage is ideal for being cooked in a variety of recipes. It is also the main ingredient for making the famous sauerkraut.
In addition to containing fiber, magnesium, calcium, provitamin A, and a great amount of vitamin C, Savoy cabbage is a potent anticancer food due to its glucosinolate content.
Considering the high sensitivity of Savoy cabbage seedlings, Vivai Bacchetto has implemented effective prevention and monitoring measures.
The most commonly used containers are those with 104, 170, and 228 cells.
