Cauliflower Description.
The cauliflower (Brassica oleracea var. botrytis) belongs to the Brassicaceae family and is a flowering vegetable. The plant is characterized by a particularly developed inflorescence, made up of tightly packed floral pedicels. The color of the “head” varies depending on the variety: it can be white, green, golden, or light purple.
Cooked in countless ways, raw, or even juiced, cauliflower has always been a staple in kitchens worldwide. It stands out for its pleasant and versatile taste, which lends itself to a wide variety of recipes. Extremely healthy, it is recommended in low-calorie diets but not only: it is rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals; contains many healthy fats, detoxifies the liver, and strengthens the entire body.
The careful attention to phytosanitary prevention and monitoring allows Vivai Bacchetto to deliver completely healthy cauliflower seedlings, primarily using containers with 104, 170, and 228 holes.
