Catalogna
Positive effects on eyes bones and teeth. Reduced risk of tumors.
Catalogna Description.
The catalogna (Cichorium intybus) is a perennial herbaceous plant belonging to the Asteraceae family. It forms a ribbed head of varying height with deep green leaves of different shapes: they can be broad and internal, smooth and narrow, or serrated. The ribs are usually white. Due to its high fiber content, catalogna is known for its digestive, laxative, and diuretic properties. It is also rich in minerals and vitamins, with a particularly high calcium content, making it a valuable ally for growth and an important preventive measure against osteoporosis.
Vivai Bacchetto produces and delivers catalogna seedlings in a wide variety of formats. The pre-extraction process adopted promotes root development and ensures uniformity across batches. Cultivation times are kept short to prevent the plants from bolting.
